Delhi-NCR Grapples with H3N2 Flu Surge: 69% Households Affected Amid Prolonged Illness

Delhi-NCR is experiencing a significant surge in H3N2 influenza cases, with approximately 69% of households reporting at least one symptomatic member. Patients are experiencing high fever, persistent cough, sore throat, body aches, and prolonged recovery periods, leading to increased hospital visits and straining local healthcare infrastructure. Children, senior citizens, pregnant women, and individuals with pre-existing conditions are at heightened risk.
