Puravankara Ltd’s construction subsidiary, Purva Asset Management and Construction Pvt. Ltd, has been awarded a Rs. 211 crore contract by SBR Builders Pvt. Ltd. The deal strengthens Puravankara’s growing presence in the real estate development and construction services segment. The contract, focused on large-scale residential development, marks another strategic milestone in the company’s efforts to diversify its revenue base beyond real estate sales.
