Mindspace Business Parks REIT reported a 24% year-on-year increase in its net operating income (NOI), reaching Rs. 616.4 crore for the first quarter of FY26. The strong performance reflects rising leasing activity, sustained demand for Grade-A office spaces, and improved portfolio occupancy. With a well-diversified asset base and growing rental income, the REIT has positioned itself as a resilient player in India’s commercial real estate sector.
