Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd (HMPL), a diversified player in infrastructure and renewable energy, has been awarded a Rs. 22.99 crore contract by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The contract pertains to toll fee collection services at the Shrishikalan Fee Plaza on National Highway-76 in Uttar Pradesh. This development reinforces HMPL's growing presence in highway operations and infrastructure services. The contract was secured via a competitive e-tendering process and supports the company’s ongoing expansion in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) space for roads and highways.

Strategic Win in Road Infrastructure

Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd, known for its dual expertise in infrastructure development and renewable energy, has taken a strategic leap by clinching a new project under the NHAI's public works framework. The company will act as the user fee collection agency at the Shrishikalan Fee Plaza, situated at kilometer 193 of the Kabarai-Banda section on NH-76.

The project covers the stretch from km 178.00 to km 215.00, a 37-kilometer corridor that has been recently rehabilitated and upgraded to a two-lane road with paved shoulders under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) model. The contract value stands at Rs. 22.995 crore.

E-Tendering: A Competitive Acquisition

The project was awarded through the NHAI’s electronic tendering platform, reflecting the government's continued emphasis on transparency, efficiency, and competitiveness in public infrastructure procurement. By participating and succeeding in this process, HMPL has reaffirmed its capability to deliver cost-effective and reliable infrastructure services under strict compliance standards.

The Letter of Award (LOA) issued by the NHAI formally designates HMPL as the toll collection operator for this critical segment of highway infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh.

Expanding Footprint in EPC and Toll Management

With a history of delivering road infrastructure projects under the EPC model, HMPL is progressively augmenting its portfolio with toll operation contracts. This strategic mix of construction and operations enables the company to generate steady revenue streams while reinforcing its position in India’s rapidly expanding road network sector.

In addition to infrastructure, Hazoor Multi Projects has also invested in the renewable energy space—creating a well-rounded business model that leverages synergies between sustainable energy and long-term infrastructure development.

Implications for Investors and the Sector

This latest contract from NHAI not only reflects confidence in HMPL’s operational capabilities but also indicates potential future opportunities as India scales up its highway expansion and modernization agenda. With increased government focus on public-private participation in road development, companies with demonstrated expertise in both EPC and operational management stand to benefit significantly.

Investors may view this contract as a positive development, potentially contributing to revenue growth and operational diversification in the upcoming quarters.

Conclusion: Strengthening Position in India’s Infrastructure Growth Story

Hazoor Multi Projects’ Rs. 23 crore toll management contract signals more than just a business win—it underscores the company’s evolution into a multidimensional infrastructure player aligned with India’s vision of modern, efficient, and well-managed roadways. As highway development continues to be a national priority, firms like HMPL are poised to play an increasingly integral role in shaping the future of India's transportation ecosystem.
