EMS Limited, a Ghaziabad-based engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm specializing in water and sewerage infrastructure, has emerged as the lowest bidder for two major projects valued at Rs 202.85 crore awarded by UP Jal Nigam (Urban). The contracts include the Agra Water Supply Reorganisation Scheme and the Nagar Nigam Ayodhya Sewerage Scheme, with timelines of 24 and 21 months respectively.
